Job Summary

As a Product Specialist at IFS you design develop and maintain the IFS Cloud software. The work is focused on interpreting and analyzing functional and technical requirements to create fit-for-purpose enterprise grade software. Business value for global customers usability and solution consistency are key aspects in this work.

We are looking for a Product Specialist to join one of our experienced teams distributed across Sri Lanka and Sweden. The self-organized teams are working according to agile principles based on SCRUM.

Examples of work tasks are:

Functional design of the product based on business requirements and strategic direction

Involvement in quality assurance activities such as manual and automated testing review and maintenance of existing solutions

Create documentation presentation and training material

Engage with requirement owners and other stakeholders

Share knowledge guide and train colleagues

Qualifications :

We believe the following characteristics are valuable for you to be successful in the role:

Knowledge in planning and scheduling preferably with experience in Manufacturing industry.

. A bachelors degree in Engineering covering Chemical & Process Mechanical Production & Maintenance or equivalent streams.

Experience with IFS Cloud or similar product

Good communication and presentation skills

Have an understanding of what constitutes an effective user experience
