• 担当製品 横滑り防止/アンチロックブレーキユニット(ESP/ABS) 電動ブレーキブースター(iBooster)
• 顧客のPPAP / ISIR 作成調整とPPAP提出調整及び変更管理
• 0kmおよび市場からの顧客クレームの処理
• 製造工場と連携し顧客監査を実施するためのコーディネイト
• 開発部門海外工場及び事業部中央品質部門との連携

• Product in charge Hydraulic Unit(ESP/ABS) / Electrical Booster(iBooster/iB)
• Coordinate for Customer PPAP ISIR collection & PPAP submission and change management
• Handling customer claim from 0km and field
• Coordinate on customer audit preparation & follow up with production plant
• Relationship with engineering department oversea plant and Divisional Quality department

Qualifications :

Mandatory (必須)

• 日本語ビジネスレベル
• 英語コミュニケーション経験
• 日本の顧客との技術/品質交渉経験
• 顧客志向の考え方
• Japanese Business Level Communication Skill
• English Communication experience
• Experience in technical/quality negotiation with Japanese customer
• Customer-Oriented Mindset

Preferred Skills / Experience (あれば望ましい知識経験)

• 品質機能における実務経験
• IATF16949要件の知識 (APQP FMEA PPAP MSA SPC)
• 8Dレポートの知識-
• Experience in quality-related function
• Knowledge of IATF16949 requirements (APQP FMEA PPAPMSA SPC)
• Knowledge of 8D report creation
