We are looking for a Frontend Team Leader to guide and mentor a team of 3 talented frontend developers. You will drive the design and development of innovative scalable and secure user interfaces.
Responsibilities:
- Lead mentor and grow a team of 3 frontend developers.
- Provide technical and architectural guidance for Angular-based frontend applications.
- Stay current with industry and UI/UX trends driving the adoption of best practices and modern frameworks.
- Actively contribute to development ensuring code quality performance and scalability.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management Backend QA and global engineering teams.
- Ensure adherence to engineering practices including unit testing code reviews and continuous integration.
- Work with Support to troubleshoot and resolve customer-facing issues.
- Contribute to technical design and documentation.
- Assist in recruiting and onboarding new team members as the team grows.

Qualifications :
- BE / BTech / MCA or equivalent.
- 7 years of hands-on experience in frontend development building enterprise-scale applications.
- 2 years of experience leading a frontend team (or mentoring developers).
- Strong expertise in Angular (latest versions).
- Proficiency in TypeScript JavaScript HTML5 CSS3.
- Experience with responsive design accessibility and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating frontend with backend services.
- Good understanding of security best practices in web development.
- Experience with Agile methodologies TDD and automated testing frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks prioritize effectively and drive projects to completion.
- Passion for mentoring developers and fostering team growth.
