Manage daily branch operations ensuring efficiency compliance and service quality.
Optimize processes resources and costs to improve performance.
Oversee asset stock and equipment management.
Commercial
Drive sales revenue and profitability through business development.
Build strong customer supplier and partner relationships.
Monitor market trends competitors and financial performance.
Leadership
Lead coach and develop a high-performing team.
Foster a culture of accountability service excellence and teamwork.
Reporting
Track KPIs manage risks and deliver performance reports to leadership.
Skills & Experience - A relevant third-level qualification is beneficial but not essential
- Min 2 years experience in managerial role ideally within operations and/or commercial management.
- Demonstrated success in managing P&L driving sales and leading teams.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel (intermediate level)
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and take initiative
- Proven team player who can motivate and support other
- Full clean driving licence is essential
