Get to Know the Team
The Product Operations Team sits at the intersection of strategy execution and scale being the connective tissue between product business and on-the-ground teams. We accelerate product outcomes by building and allowing the people systems and tools to grow product sustainably across the region.
We work with team members to ensure that product solutions are innovative operationally practical and locally relevant. Our scope spans the entire product lifecyclefrom go-to-market planning and feature rollouts to performance monitoring and continuous feedback loops. Whether its Mobility Deliveries or Safety our mission is to lead product excellence and operational readiness at scale.
Get to Know the Role
Reporting to the Head of Product Operations you will play a key role in scaling our product workflows through automation data-driven insights and process optimization. You will have proven foundation in operational process design and hands-on experience building automation solutions using Python.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand pain points map end-to-end workflows and develop automation strategies that increase efficiency scalability and accuracy across Grabs ecosystem.
You will be based onsite in our Jakarta office.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- You will meet with business users to gather and document requirements.
- You will propose and lead the design optimizations to enhance the overall solution architecture.
- You will study the process and write query to extract data from database.
- You will develop Python scripts and tools to automate repetitive tasks and workflows.
- You will be responsible for optimizing and maintaining automation scripts.
- You will integrate APIs Databases and third-party services.
Qualifications :
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
- You have a minimum 4 years experience in Full Stack development and Software Engineering.
- Proficient in developing automation solution using Python with minimal experience in other programming languages (C# Reactjs)
- You have Selenium or Playwright
- You have experience with REST APIs
- You have understanding of RDBMS and SQL and database operations
- You have understanding of version control systems like Azure DevOps/ GitLab
- You have experience engaging with AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance productivity improve workflows and contribute new ideas.
