About the Role
This is a top-tier position: a transversal strategic and hands-on role at the center of Innovamats most important mission ever the US expansion.
As a Growth Marketing Associate (US Expansion) you will:
Work from Barcelona HQ while being directly connected to the front line of our US launch (especially California).
Be exposed to marketing strategy operations and product learning how to build a market entry playbook from scratch.
Travel internationally to support events conferences and activations meeting educators and district leaders face-to-face.
Operate with high autonomy: designing executing and tracking growth initiatives across channels.
This is a launchpad role for high-potential graduates (engineering business marketing PR management). Youll get mentorship from senior leadership real responsibility from day one and the chance to accelerate your career into growth leadership strategy or bizops.
What Youll Do
Run Growth Experiments: Launch and optimize digital campaigns (Meta Google LinkedIn). Track CPL conversion and ROI.
Support Outreach & Content: Draft US-native emails landing pages and one-pagers. Learn to write persuasively for educators and decision-makers.
Organize Sampling Plays: Drive free book/giveaway campaigns to generate leads and open doors in California.
Be on the Ground: Travel to US conferences and events support booth operations and create memorable lead-generation experiences.
Analyze & Iterate: Work with our tech stack and analytics tools to measure results extract insights and build repeatable growth loops.
Enable Sales: Collaborate with CRO and US Sales to ensure marketing generates real pipeline impact.
Who Are You
Must-Haves
1-2 years of professional experience and/or Graduate in business marketing management engineering or related.
Proficient English and Spanish (spoken and written) able to communicate and write naturally for US audiences and local teams.
Strong analytical skills (comfortable with metrics KPIs data-driven decision-making).
Strong communication skills (able to craft messages engage people and represent Innovamat).
Strong visual skills (comfortable with design visual tools and attention to detail).
Hungry to learn travel and grow faster than your peers.
High agency: proactive resourceful biased for action.
Nice-to-Haves
Internships or projects in digital marketing consulting sales or growth.
Experience with ad platforms CRM tools or email marketing platforms.
Experience abroad experience adjusting quickly to new environments
Passion for education of some kind (tutoring sports or others...)
