About the Strategic Analytics & Insights business unit
When you join our Strategic Analytics & Insights Pack & Design business unit you will consult with customers to improve their branding through packaging research.
With the end-goal of improving new-product outcomes and success of the overall brand we provide consultation to help clients identify their best package option and ensure that they will stand out vs. competitors at the shelf using world-class behavioral science and consulting including the use of neuroscience research. We bring the voice and mind of the consumer to life with creativity and to help build long-term brand success.
Responsibilities
Connect the dots for our clients using our world-class analytics including survey research and neuroscience research
Provide insights on branding via packaging that clients can use to drive their business forward
See your recommendations in action as you see products on the shelves
Participate in exclusive professional development opportunities focused on gaining a business perspective diversity inclusive leadership and continuous mentorship
Make a difference by becoming a problem solver a consultant and the voice of NielsenIQs inclusive culture for our clients
Qualifications :
Bachelors Degree in Data Analytics Psychology Marketing/Market Research or Neuroscience. Will also consider students in an analytically or human insights focused field including but not limited to Economics Engineering or Liberal Arts
1-3 years of work experience Market Research experience preferred
Fluent in English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint)
Strong critical thinking skills with an ability to translate large amounts of data into easy-to-understand and actionable presentations
Strong storytelling skills
Demonstrated an active role in seeking input from diverse thoughts backgrounds and outcomes
Passion for understanding consumers and market research
Passion for learning and applying new technologies to business solutions
Proven problem-solving skills using deductive reasoning understanding hierarchical relationships and identifying gaps in logic
Strong oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
