Job Summary

The Role
We are seeking a Pre-Sales Executive to join our growing U.S. team based in Bs. As Argentina. This role is central to our mission: guiding financial services prospects on their digital transformation journey shaping new possibilities and driving revenue growth.
As a Pre-Sales Executive you will engage directly with C-level executives and decision-makers in banks credit unions and financial institutions. You ll leverage Veritran s powerful platform to design tailored solutions that help our customers embrace digital transformation and achieve measurable business outcomes.
This role is ideal for someone who is both technically fluent and commercially strategic a true partner who can bridge business needs with technology innovation.

Key Responsibilities
Own and deliver against a multi-million-dollar sales quota driving flawless execution in sales strategy account planning and pipeline management.
Lead executive engagements with business and technical stakeholders including C-Level executives.
Partner with internal teams across product partnerships and delivery to design high-value solution proposals.
Develop and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies aligned with customer business objectives.
Drive revenue growth through solution adoption expansion and competitive wins.
Act as the trusted technical advisor for prospects ensuring clarity of value across the full customer lifecycle.
Orchestrate internal and external resources to maximize business value and secure long-term partnerships.

Requirements


Degree in Software Engineering or equivalent experience.
Programming/development experience in mobile applications.
At least 3 years experience as a Technical Product Owner in mobile app projects within the Banking/Financial Services industry.
Previous experience working with Tier 1 Tier 2 community banks and/or credit unions in the U.S. selling technology solutions.
Strong technical foundation with knowledge of:
Cloud platforms: AWS Azure or GCP
Containerization: Docker/Kubernetes
Databases: PostgreSQL MongoDB
Networking protocols and integrations
Understanding of core banking middleware front-end and back-end systems in U.S. financial institutions.
Proficient in Agile/Scrum user stories and use case definition.
Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Strong problem-solving mindset resilience and a results-driven attitude.
Excellent communicator with advanced proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
Availability to travel up to 35% of the time.
