Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Managerto join a team. This role offers the opportunity to work with a middle-market book of business mentor assistants and contribute to the continued growth of the agency.
Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $80000 - $110000 (commensurate with experience)
Responsibilities
- Manage a middle-market book of business including contractors and generalist accounts.
- Handle all aspects of account servicing from A-Z including quoting new and renewal business.
- Collaborate with and mentor assistants serving as a role model and resource for their professional growth.
- Utilize AMS360 software to manage accounts efficiently.
- Contribute to the agencys growth by maintaining strong client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Designations: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: 5-10 years of experience in an independent insurance agency with a strong background in Commercial Lines.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software.
- Soft Skills: Hard-working career-oriented and a team player with a strong work ethic.
