Role Summary:
We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our team and be part of our growth. The purpose of this role
is to manage grow and consolidate orders towards our strategic partners. This role will work to build very
strong and solid relationships with key accounts maximize their potential and improve their performance
deliver on their needs and requests give them insights and negotiate deals and special contractual terms.
Whats On Your Plate
Build and maintain effective long-term relationships and a high level of satisfaction with key
senior-level decision-makers and influencers at an assigned group of customer accounts that may
include major strategic customers within a geographic or industry focus.
Identify develop and typically close new sales opportunities.
Create demand for the organizations products and services by raising their profile with customers.
Achieve revenue targets by increasing revenue spend per account.
Conduct regular status and strategy meetings with the customers senior management to understand
their needs and link them to the organizations product/service strategies.
Service quality need to be consistent for all the brands.
Maintain continuous business relationship with clients/ restaurants
Provide excellent service and support in order to build strong relationship and resolving operational
issues between clients/ restaurant and company.
Optimize the restaurant content (MOA Delivery time).
Maintain regular relationships with various stakeholders from the brand
Provide quarterly reviews to partners to showcase the areas of growth and areas of potential
improvement.
Provide and maintain high service levels to the brands to ensure a seamless experience to both
customers and partners.
Work internally with the various departments to ensure all requirements of brand is met.
Update and maintain a track record of all activities related to the brand on SalesForce.
Qualifications :
What Did We Order
Minimum 3-5 years full time professional experience in related field.
Previous experience working in an e-commerce or FMCG company is a plus
In-depth Knowledge of Food Industry Market and e-commerce.
Able to analyze data and sales statistics and curate a solution
Proficient in Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
