Job Summary

Were hiring a full-time Recruiting Coordinator to support our global hiring efforts and help scale our high-performing team. Youll play a critical role in sourcing scheduling and managing a smooth candidate experience while working closely with hiring managers and the recruitment team.

This is a fast-paced high-impact role with significant growth potential. Youll work onsite in Lahore.

What Youll Do

Serve as point-of-contact for candidates and interview teams regarding interview schedules and changes
Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews across global time zones
Support with candidate onboarding background checks ATS data accuracy
Maintain and update candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Ensure a smooth timely and professional experience for every candidate
Track and report on recruiting metrics and progress toward hiring goals
Continuously look for ways to improve process efficiency and candidate experience

What Were Looking For

Prior experience in a recruiting coordination role
Excellent spoken and written English with a professional clear tone
Lahore-based and able to work onsite in our office
Exceptionally organized detail-oriented and proactive
Strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced collaborative environment
Tech-savvy and familiar with tools like Google Workspace LinkedIn and ATS platforms (e.g. Lever Greenhouse or similar)
