Were hiring a full-time Recruiting Coordinator to support our global hiring efforts and help scale our high-performing team. Youll play a critical role in sourcing scheduling and managing a smooth candidate experience while working closely with hiring managers and the recruitment team.

What Youll Do
- Serve as point-of-contact for candidates and interview teams regarding interview schedules and changes
- Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews across global time zones
- Support with candidate onboarding background checks ATS data accuracy
- Maintain and update candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Ensure a smooth timely and professional experience for every candidate
- Track and report on recruiting metrics and progress toward hiring goals
- Continuously look for ways to improve process efficiency and candidate experience
What Were Looking For
- Prior experience in a recruiting coordination role
- Excellent spoken and written English with a professional clear tone
- Lahore-based and able to work onsite in our office
- Exceptionally organized detail-oriented and proactive
- Strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced collaborative environment
- Tech-savvy and familiar with tools like Google Workspace LinkedIn and ATS platforms (e.g. Lever Greenhouse or similar)
