Your Tasks

Lead cross-functional projects including Launch Relaunch In-/Out-sourcing and Regulatory-driven initiatives.
Facilitate clear communication between internal teams (Marketing R&D Supply Chain QA Production and DCs) and external stakeholders (suppliers co-manufacturers).
Track project timelines identify potential risks or delays and escalate issues to ensure resolution without impact to delivery.
Support feasibility assessments and cost evaluations ensuring project execution aligns with operational capabilities and business goals.
Collaborate closely with Finance to estimate project costs assess ROI and manage investment planning.
Continuously look for opportunities to improve processes reduce complexity and ensure alignment with our supply chain strategy.

Your Profile

Bachelors degree or higher in Science Engineering Supply Chain or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of project management experience (FMCG or manufacturing preferred).
Strong English communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to work effectively with regional and global teams.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to lead cross-functional teams without formal authority.
Proficiency in MS Office Excel PowerPoint Power BI SAP and project tracking tools.
Strategic and analytical thinking with strong problem-solving mindset.
Comfortable working under pressure with tight timelines managing multiple projects at once.
