The role of Fleet Manager Auckland Central region has been structured to manage our Courier Fleet of 60 Contractors alongside the management of the team that support them.
Our contractors in this region handle over 30000 items each day with incredible resilience. This role will require an encouraging experienced leader who has a proven track record of professional management of high performing teams.
Reporting to the Branch Manager you will be responsible for the service provided by our contractors in the Central Auckland region (Auckland CBD to Otahuhu) along with ensuring revenue and costs are in line with the financial targets set. You will provide mentorship leadership and effective communication skills to Contractors Staff and Customers.

This role is based in our Auckland Central branch which is the main hub of distribution for our business operating 24/7 in Penrose Auckland
