Job Summary

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for outpatient and inpatient evaluations assessments plans of care and ongoing physical therapy treatments as prescribed by a licensed physician administer treatment plan ofcare in an effort to restore function and prevent disability following injury disease or physical disability.

The therapist must document in a timely manner all patient-related information andensure that patients are charked correctly per departmental and insurance carrier guidelines.

Thestaff therapist participates in departmental operational activities such as the budget clinical qualityclinical education infection control departmental safety and team-building programs. This position will be 60% inpatient/acute care in the hospital in the mornings and afternoons inthe OP clinic.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree is required. North Carolina Board of Physical Therapy Licensure is required.

American Heart association BLS is required within 30 days of hire.
