Job Summary
Were hiring Polish-speaking Support Specialists to join a dynamic customer experience team in Entrecampos Lisbon. If youre fluent in Polish and English (C1) and enjoy helping others this is your chance to build a rewarding career in a multicultural environment!
Start dates: 07 or 14 July
Location: On-site Entrecampos Lisbon
What youll be doing:
- Support customers throughout their online shopping journey: deliveries payments returns refunds and more;
- Handle sensitive customer data in line with GDPR and PCI standards;
- Work with couriers financial institutions and internal departments;
- Resolve complex cases efficiently with the help of a comprehensive knowledge base.
