Job Summary

A - PURPOSE OF THE JOB

To provide advisory services arranging capital and placement of debt and equity securities to investors providing long-term and project financing and maintaining relationships with Wholesale Banking clients of the bank in order to attain the banks objective of Brand leadership

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Business development

1. Ability to engage clients and win M&A corporate restructuring and capital-raising business

2. Track record in raising private financing from PE funds Special Situation Funds Distress Funds and also originating Capital Market deals IPOs Rights Issues QIPs Open offers delistings etc.

3. Responsible for ensuring complete execution of M&A corporate restructuring and private capital raising mandates including client management and deal documentation

4. Provide assistance to the capital markets team in pitching for IPO business and also provide industry and company-level analytical support

Liasoning with internal and external stakeholders

1. Work closely with capital markets and syndication teams in generating new mandates and assisting them in its execution

2. Liaise with SEBI
