Job Summary

The Business Development Manager is responsible to generate cultivate and expand opportunities for the long-term growth of Shine Brand Seeds products. Reporting to the Manager of Product Strategy she or he will lead and coordinate marketing efforts to investigate the new market and product opportunities. This individual will establish key partnerships and alliances with other organizations and identify and evaluate potential targets for mergers and acquisitions. He or she will leverage the expertise infrastructure intellectual property and/or customers of partner organizations to achieve organizational strategic objectives for growth.
We are looking for an individual who is a committed self-starter with a drive to succeed and the ability to follow company principles and policies that will lead to that success. Experience in the Seeds industry (Agriculture) is preferred.

Strong leadership skills
Maintaining current customer relationships and identifying potential customer
Developing new sales areas and improving sales through various methods
Hiring training and managing employees of the department
Maintaining a strong understanding of products and services and innovating new ways to serve businesses
Identify potential customers in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective customers business and equipment need
Must have complere (Agricuture) (Agricuture) & (Seeds Technology)

Required Skills:

Being accurate with numbers and having good quantitative skills Ability to communicate with clarity both verbally and in writing Strong interpersonal skills to work in agile environments Solid understanding of accounting software and basic accounting principles Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
