Role Overview:
As an SAP Project Manager youll take the reins in managing cloud on-premise and hybrid implementation initiatives for some of the most exciting client transformations. Youll lead cross-functional teams ensuring projects are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality standards. Your leadership will guide multiple business units and service partners setting the direction for success across complex strategic projects.
In this role youll provide guidance mentorship and continuous updates to key stakeholders ensuring project milestones are met and customer expectations are exceeded. Youll also have the chance to work closely with some of the best minds in the industry sharing best practices and driving excellence across SAP projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage large-scale SAP projects including cloud on-premise and hybrid implementations.
- Drive client transformation strategies through strategic project delivery.
- Lead cross-functional teams ensuring successful delivery to defined timelines budgets and quality standards.
- Share industry-leading business practices and mentor other project managers to elevate team performance.
- Communicate project status issues and updates to customers and stakeholders maintaining strong relationships.
- Conduct Project Management Reviews to ensure continual improvement and project success.
Requirements
What Were Looking For:
- Masters degree in a relevant field.
- Deep understanding of SAP digital cloud and innovative solutions.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale SAP projects with a strong project management background.
- Strong knowledge of both the strategic and operational issues within project management.
- Certification in Program/Project Management methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2 PMI Scrum).
- Fluency in English and either Dutch or French (essential for working in the Belgian market).
- Must be currently residing in Belgium with a solid understanding of the local market.
- Willingness to travel as required.
