Job Summary
Duties & Responsibilities
Minimum Requirements
- Co-operate and Liaise with all levels of Client representatives and Management
- Ensure work is performed to the Highest standard and in terms of SLAs
- Manage maintenance schedules and staff productivity
- Manage subordinates in line with policies and procedures
- Budget management & cost control
- Ensure close weekly communication with management team
- Adhoc duties as required by management includes overtime
- Walk- about and draw-up reports
- Asset management
- Ensure compliance with High levels of SHEQ.
- Do client monthly customised audits and surveys
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12
- National Diploma in Horticulture or Landscape Technology
- 3-5 years Experience in of Landscape and Horticultural maintenance
- Experience in managing staff on multiple sites
- Landscaping installation and maintenance of irrigation systems experience advantageous
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Health & Safety knowledge
- Computer literate and experience in preparation of quotes
- Have a valid unendorsed drivers license and PDP
- Deal with high profile demanding clientele
- Be able to problem solve
