Job Title: HR Executive (IT Only)
Location: Ahmedabad (On-site)
Experience Required: 2–4 Years

Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days a Week)
Budget: 25000 – 35000 per month
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end IT recruitment: sourcing screening scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
Oversee onboarding and induction for new hires to ensure a smooth integration process.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately.
Support implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Handle day-to-day HR operations and resolve employee queries effectively.
Coordinate and assist with performance management processes (appraisals feedback sessions).
Manage HR documentation including offer letters contracts and exit formalities.
Plan and organize employee engagement activities and team-building events.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure effective communication between departments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
2–4 years of HR experience in the IT industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of HR operations and best practices.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
Positive attitude high adaptability and a strong team-player mindset.
