About your new employer:

About the role:

• Run your own files and working alongside an expert team of litigators with partner support and ongoing training from recognised leaders in strata and construction law.
• Be involved in and gain hands-on experience across a wide range of strata and construction disputes including building defect claims levy recovery by-law disputes and complex litigation in the NSW Civil & Administrative Tribunal (NCAT) Local District and Supreme Courts.

The ideal candidate:

• Have between 14 years PQE in litigation (strata or construction experience highly regarded).
• Possesses excellent drafting and advocacy skills.
• Is commercially minded with strong client management skills.
• Thrives in a collaborative specialist environment.
