As an Account Manager (Performance Mobile Marketing) you will be responsible for overseeing and executing digital and influencer marketing campaigns for our clients. You will work closely with both internal teams and external partners to ensure that campaigns are delivered on time within budget and achieve desired results.
What Youll Do
- Project Management: Develop and manage project timelines ensuring that all deliverables are met on schedule.
- Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and expectations. Lead the team to deliver optimal business results.
- Campaign Execution: Analyze project requirements and execute campaigns for maximum impact leveraging your knowledge of mobile marketing and digital marketing.
- Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with internal departments to support client growth and ensure contract compliance.
- Campaign Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor campaign performance identify potential issues develop solutions and provide timely resolution including weekend support as needed.
- Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports tailored to client needs including key findings and actionable recommendations.
- Data Analysis: Leverage data and insights to evaluate account performance and set digital marketing direction.
- Partner Coordination: Coordinate with third-party partners to ensure contract compliance.
- Business Development: Identify upselling opportunities based on client needs and business growth potential.
Who You Are
- 5 years of experience in Sales / Business Development function (Advertising Digital Marketing or mobile performance)
- 5 years of working experience in Digital Marketing Industry or AdTech companies
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent
- Fluent of English and Thai
- Excellent communication and presenting skills
- Positive mindset and willingness to learn
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Being a leader and taking ownership of tasks
- Fast learner with can-do attitude
- Result-oriented mind with passion for work
- Detail-oriented well organized with good sense of responsibility
