IAM Engineer Up to 130k THB/ month (Finance MNC)
Location: Bangkok (hybrid)
Language: Thai native speaker with Excellent English communication skills

What Youll Do
- Own the SailPoint IdentityIQ platform: maintenance enhancement adding features connecting new applications.
- Drive the IAM strategy: access reviews provisioning & de-provisioning lifecycle of identities.
- Monitor audit & enforce strong access controls; detect and remediate compliance gaps.
- Conduct training & awareness: bring teams up to speed on IAM best practices.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: security operations application owners.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (production environment).
- Solid understanding of IAM concepts: RBAC provisioning / de-provisioning access reviews identity lifecycle federated identity SSO.
- Comfortable with directory services: Active Directory LDAP; knowledge of RACF a bonus.
- Good scripting ability: PowerShell Bash BeanShell; Java is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical skills; can translate technical detail to non-specialist stakeholders.
- Self-motivated proactive curious persistent able to work autonomously.
