Fullstack ReactNode Engineer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate creative and highly skilled Fullstack Engineer who can become fully productive within 1.5 months of onboarding. This role involves ownership of both frontend and backend components to deliver scalable robust and user-friendly applications. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to build exceptional digital experiences.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Design build and optimize both frontend and backend components of scalable software applications.

• Implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces while ensuring high performance and accessibility.

• Participate in architectural design coding debugging and troubleshooting across the full stack.

• Take end-to-end ownership of assigned projects including research testing deployment and on-call support.

• Write clean maintainable and well-documented code that meets high standards for readability and reliability.

• Build analytics features with high-quality design and code for both client-side and server-side logic.

• Maintain high-quality assurance through unit integration and end-to-end testing.

• Investigate and resolve issues identified during verification and integration phases.

• Collaborate closely with designers product managers and other engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.

• Participate in Agile development processes and contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in fullstack software development.

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript React and modern JavaScript (ES6).

• Solid understanding of HTML CSS and frontend frameworks.

• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g. MongoDB DynamoDB RDS Redis).

• Familiarity with AWS services for cloud-based deployment.

• Strong problem-solving debugging and optimization skills across the stack.

• Ability to work independently manage tasks effectively and thrive in fast-paced environments.

• Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset.

• Commitment to quality assurance including automated testing at multiple levels.

Role-specific Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in backend and React frontend development.

• Experience deploying and managing applications in production.

• Familiarity with AWS cloud technologies such as Lambda API Gateway and Fargate.

• Agile software development experience.

• Bonus: Kubernetes experience 3rd party API integrations and UI/UX familiarity (e.g. Figma Sketch).

• Bonus: Experience using AI coding assistants (e.g. GitHub Copilot Cursor) to enhance productivity.
