University Home Care is seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Health Aide to join our team in Chelsea MI. As a Home Health Aide you will provide essential assistance to patients who require support in their day-to-day activities.
Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with personal care tasks such as bathing grooming and dressing
- Help patients with mobility and physical exercises
- Prepare meals and help with feeding if required
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients
Requirements:
- Two forms of ids
- Own transportation
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
