Product Lead Transformation & Data Distribution

As Product Lead Transformation & Data Distribution you will be responsible for orchestrating transformation in the highly complex ESG domain while coordinating data delivery across ESG MIS Valuation and CRLT.
With your team you ensure that:

• ESG capabilities across COOR COOF and CDO collaborate effectively

• Milestones across business MBB and regulatory programs are delivered on time

• Programs transition smoothly into BAU ready to accommodate future changes.

• Business line data delivery follows industrialized patterns and is enabling strategic reporting.

You engage with senior stakeholders across Risk Finance Treasury and all business your role you will be part of the ESG Tribe MT.

Delivery & Transformation

You lead the delivery of ESG capabilities and COO contributions to ESG programs while also driving transformation across locations and group functions.
Key responsibilities include:

• Orchestrating collaboration across ESG capabilities

• Delivering all ESG milestones within agreed timelines

• Steering MIS Valuation and CRLT data delivery across locations

• Leading integrated data demand setting and publication

• Managing missing data and waivers in alignment with demand parties

• Conducting cost-benefit analyses for local data collection efforts

Planning & Compliance

You ensure reliable forward-looking planning and adherence to INGs data quality and compliance standards.
You are responsible for:

• Building and maintaining realistic aligned roadmaps across domains and countries

• Understanding strategic and local initiatives that impact data delivery

• Ensuring data sourcing calculation and reporting meet ING policy requirements

• Leading prioritization across data consumption purposes

Stakeholder Engagement

You maintain strong relationships across group functions locations and Wholesale Banking.
You are expected to:

• Align continuously with stakeholders to define and execute delivery strategies

• Understand and anticipate local and central priorities

• Be recognized as a trusted expert and decision-maker across the network

Leadership & People

You build and lead a high-performing team within the Transformation & Distribution domain.
Your responsibilities include:

• Attracting and retaining top talent

• Creating a safe high-performance culture

• Stimulating OHI participation and acting on outcomes

• Providing clear communication and strategic direction

What Were Looking For

• Proven experience in ESG regulatory data delivery ESG transformation and program management (both strategic and operational)

• Strong understanding of ESG MIS Valuation and CRLT domains

• Proven functional or hierarchical leadership track record

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capabilities

• Experience in building new capabilities and leading organizational change

• Deep understanding of data quality compliance and reporting frameworks
