The Spanish Project Management Office (PMO) is a hybrid & transversal organization which brings efficient & expertise on Project & Program management (planning processes steering monitoring reporting risks & opportunities).

As Project Management Business Partner your role will be to support the program by providing efficient project management processes steering control and reporting allowing decision-making at the highest level of the Programme.
The position is based in Spain and you will be integrated in a local Project Management team in Getafe. The duration of this position is 6 months.
Main activities
Main accountabilities and responsibilities as Project Manager Business Partner are:
Project baselining and planing follow up
Anticipate issues and risks of the project and propose mitigation plans and opportunities.
Propose solutions for efficient project management.
Report to project boards by providing adequate indicators and analysis (KPI Dashboardetc.) multi-functional schedule cost and resource plans manage interdependencies...
Deploy Project Management processes methods and tools and ease best PM practices sharing within the PM community (including feedback & lessons learnt).
Identify any deviations from project baseline and propose preventive and corrective actions.
Actions tracking and follow-up.
Meeting preparation reporting and dashboards.
Stakeholder Management
Work every day with our stakeholders to spread the benefits of the Airbus PM Culture and mindset promoting collaboration and continuous improvement
Profile and Competences
Educated to a degree level in Engineering or a related discipline the competences you will need to succeed in this job are:
Negotiation level in English.
Travel availability
Engineer with PM experience (minimun 3 years) and Airbus background
Knowledge in Project management is a MUST.
Good communication and negotiation skills (stakeholders management)
Capability to adapt to be reactive and to take initiatives.
Flexible to work autonomously and to collaborate with a team.
