Job Summary
We are looking for a casual Personal Care worker (PCW)/AIN flexible to work Morning afternoon and night shifts. As a PCW you will be responsible for the the delivery of planned individualised resident care within level of demonstrated competence under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse.
Your duties may include but not limited to:
- Assisting with showering bathing dressing grooming and toileting.
- Helping our residents with transfers/movement around or facility.
- Supporting our residents with feeding and ensuring they consume adequate fluids.
- Assisting with continence aids and maintaining hygiene.
- Observing and reporting any changes in the residents health or well-being to RNs.
- Adhering to health and safety guidelines to prevent falls and accidents.
- Engaging with residents to offer friendship companionship and emotional support.
- Accurately documenting client progress health changes and care provided on MANAD.
- Team Player.

Salary
As per the Cardinal Stepinac Village NSWNMA and HSU NSW Enterprise Agreement 2023.
Skills and experience
Essential:
Certificate III in Ageing Support or Individual Support.
Experience working in aged care industry.
Desirable:
Night shift availability as more night shift staff needed;
Advantage to speak Croatian language.
