About the Role
As aTrainer Assessor youll play a key role in delivering high-quality learning and development programs for our team across the North Fitzroy and our newly opened Preston Depot. This includes everything from driver induction and on-road assessments to mentoring and guiding staff to achieve their best.
What Were Looking For
Were after someone with an engaging personality a strong customer focus and a love for training. Youll need:
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) essential.
- AMedium Rigid Drivers Licence required with a willingness to obtain a Heavy Rigid Licence.
- Experience as a driver trainer and the ability to connect with a variety of learners.
- A passion for continuous improvement and professional development.
