Job Summary

Responsibilities-
Analyze business automation ideas that have been submitted.
Interact and engage with operational excellence teams and business process owners to understand process and value drivers using automation.
Understand and determine process steps that can be automated.
Identify the right technology by partnering with the technology team.
Determine overall value of an automation idea by analyzing multiple value drivers like efficiency risk and improved productivity.
Determine automation viability by analyzing complexity and technological feasibility.
Help calculate value and viability score for an automation idea.
Interact and collaborate with a wide variety of business and IT stakeholders across the enterprise.
Have a solid understanding of intelligent automation tools and technologies (e.g. RPA RDA IDP Chatbots AI ML etc.) and their applicability to automation ideas. Transition knowledge of approved automation ideas to technical delivery teams.
Hybrid work schedule.
Qualifications-
Bachelors or foreign equivalent degree in computers or engineering plus 18 months of experience in software development. Must have experience with: intelligent automation tools; Agile development process; application delivery and solution architecture; AWS cloud native application development and cloud data storage and access; business process automation; DevOps and CICD technologies.
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
