Job Summary

Brand:
Maintain & improve on brand perception when called upon to do so in both private
& professional capacity
Interact with Whisplo social media presence as often as required including
reshares & post likes
Do your best to improve on your colleagues reputation in the industry
Report any helpful or harmful knowledge relating to Whisplo directly to
management as quickly as possible
Always dress appropriately for impromptu client meetings
Take ownership & accountability for tasks roles & responsibilities assigned to you
Support and assist the team with workflow productivity & deadlines
Upskill your colleagues including but not limited to Whisplo colleagues suppliers
and partners where applicable & possible

General:
Provide meaningful feedback to your line manager where appropriate
Know and understand WHISPLO suppliers & their offerings as well as being able to
negotiate rates
Positively assist your colleagues in reach client success in every client touchpoint
Constantly upskill yourself to become the best in your field
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
Identify and qualify sales leads.
Create and deliver effective sales presentations.
Negotiate and close sales together with the broader Whisplo team.
Follow up with clients after the sale to ensure satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
Actively contribute to the companys sales goals and objectives.
Collaborate with other team members & team leads to share best practices and
strategies.
Continuously learn and develop your sales skills and knowledge.
Research and analyze customer needs and market trends.
Develop and implement sales strategies and plans.
Manage and track sales opportunities.
Monitor and report on sales performance.
Provide feedback and support to other sales team members.
Attend industry events and workshops.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Creative and innovative thinker.
Passion for sales and the events industry.
Knowledge of current event trends and technologies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
