Job Opportunity

DynaTen is seeking a self-motivated relationship builder to join our team as a Technical Sales Account Manager! This position will drive the success of the business by recommending and selling technical solutions while also managing key customer relationships in our business. The TAM will build deep customer relationships and identify ways to assist those customers with outside the box technical solutions at their facility.

Responsibilities

Professionally represent the business while supporting customers with need on their HVAC systems

Identify and conduct meetings with new and existing customers

Manage ongoing relationships with existing customers

Deliver technical solutions to properly achieve long term facility goals and system integrity

Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer needs

Estimate project work and ensure the work is performed based on the scope and approach estimated

Plans schedules and manages projects installations and equipment buyout.

Manage all budgets and expenditures with your assigned projects.

Compare costs and negotiate with vendors and sub-contractors to ensure budgets are met and costs are properly maintained.

Update projects for monthly forecast.

Assists executive staff to ensure customer relations are maintained at highest level.

Manages contractual obligations reports and responsibilities.

Provides updates to customers as required.

Conduct project closeouts and submit billings monthly.

Assists in business development and marketing efforts.

Identify new opportunities develop proposals conduct contract and equipment reviews.

Leads continuous improvement efforts in the areas of safety customer satisfaction productivity cost reduction employee engagement and quality control.

Requirements

Initiative; self-motivated (driven) self-starter.

Excellent communication and customer services skills.

Analytical and problem-solving skills possesses teaching and coaching skills

Professional demeanor and positive caring attitude.

Must be able to work independently and without supervision.

Proficiency with HVAC electrical and mechanical systems.

Strong technical capabilities

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Positive attitude and customer focused

5 years prior experience in a HVAC Technician or HVAC Installation role

Proficiency utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite (including Dynamics CRM)

Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
