--Position: Customer Support Specialist

--Responsibilities: The Customer Support Specialist is responsible for working with customers to provide accurate recommendations for parts and orders using ERP software to look up parts and put together quotes for customers. This person will receive training on internal system and parts list and use a strong attention to detail and technical foundation to learn machine specs and blueprints to be able to quickly find part numbers and provide customers with solutions when needed. This is a full-time permanent position with great opportunity to grow with a local company that has a global presence.
--Requirements:
--2 years in customer service role
--Experience working for distribution or manufacturing company
--ERP experience
--Customer facing skills/experience preferred
--Good attention to detail
--Degree preferred but not required
