Senior Manager Commercial & Industrial Portfolio
Location: Remote (Candidates in Northern IN Region are strongly preferred)

To support our recent growth in the North Central region we are currently seeking a Senior Manager to lead ICFs Commercial and Industrial (C&I) energy efficiency programs. As a Senior Manager you will lead the development and management of ICFs standard prescriptive custom small business and strategic energy management programs. Youll build relationships with clients mentor junior team members design/implement program strategies and plans as well as develop and execute marketing and recruiting strategies.

What you will be doing:
- Program design leadership to include identification analysis and selection of appropriate product offerings for effective program delivery
- Program implementation to include developing program theory design delivery and successful execution of utility-based programs
- Developing comprehensive plans to include: resource/labor communication implementation project and quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC)
- Maintain comprehensive project tracking and provide leadership with relevant status updates and trending information
- Manage program teams and subcontractors responsible for forecasts budgets and key performance indicators (KPIs) while providing regulatory support
- Mentoring leading and collaborating with portfolio/program team members
- Travel Requirements: Up to 25% of the time within the Northern Indiana Region for site visits conferences events and client meetings (reimbursement for mileage provided).
What we need you to have (minimum qualifications):
- Bachelors degree in Environmental Studies Energy Resources Policy Engineering Marketing Business Management or related discipline (or applicants can substitute one year of related experience for one year of education)
- 8 years of experience developing designing and managing successful energy efficiency and/or demand reduction programs for the residential and/or business market segments and/or related experience
- 3 years of experience leading a team (both in-house and virtual)

- Masters Degree in Environmental Studies Energy Resources Policy Engineering Marketing or Business Management
- Experience leading consulting projects
- Strategic mindset with the ability to identify new opportunities
- Demonstrated experience with business development subcontractor management and client development
- Demonstrated experience in continuous improvement and quality assurance/control theories techniques and application
- Recognized internally and externally for expertise in functional area
- Firm understanding in procurement best practices and contract administration
- Industry certifications professional affiliations and publications

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position including but not limited to relevant work experience skills certifications and competencies that align to the specified role geographic location education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.
