What youll be doing

As Merchant Onboarding Associate you will manage the end-to-end onboarding journey for restaurant and retail partners ensuring they are set up for long-term success on the Wolt platform. Youll collaborate with internal teams oversee compliance and content setup and deliver a smooth onboarding experience while maintaining Wolts high standards.

Day-to-day in this role youll:

• Manage the onboarding process for new restaurant and retail merchants;
• Create and maintain merchant venue pages including menu setup product photos translations and updates in line with Wolts brand standards;
• Ensure merchants receive Wolt-grade service throughout onboarding by monitoring progress addressing needs and maintaining supportive communication;
• Support post-activation success by sharing insights best practices and aligning merchants with Wolts service standards
• Oversee administrative systems to ensure accuracy efficiency and updated databases;

Our humble expectations

• Fluent in local language and English;
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn and adapt to new tools;
• Experience with Excel or Google Sheets is a strong advantage;
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal;
• Strong attention to detail;
• Structured and service-oriented mindset;
• Self-starter with a can-do attitude and motivation to improve processes continuously;
