Job Summary
The Internet Sales Consultant provides sales and customer service support through phone email text and online communication. This individual contributor role plays a vital part in generating appointments supporting the sales team and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities
- Answer inbound sales and service calls promptly professionally and courteously
- Make outbound calls to internet leads unsold showroom traffic past customers and service clients
- Follow scripts and processes to ensure consistent communication and quality information gathering
- Schedule sales and service appointments that maximize both customer convenience and dealership efficiency
- Confirm upcoming appointments and follow up on missed ones
- Record all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system
- Respond quickly and professionally to internet inquiries via phone email and text
- Maintain a strong knowledge of dealership products promotions and services
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure smooth hand-offs and customer transitions
- Meet or exceed daily weekly and monthly appointment and contact goals
- Provide exceptional customer service with a focus on retention and satisfaction
Qualifications
- Previous call center BDC customer service or sales experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional phone presence and active listening ability
- Proficiency with CRM systems Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
- Ability to multi-task and perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Goal-driven self-motivated and positive attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to sit for extended periods while working on the phone or computer
- Occasional bending lifting and reaching (up to 15 lbs)
