Responsibilities: To perform routine visual and physical quality checks on raw materials products and the production environment; to record data accurately maintain quality assurance checklists and ensure compliance with hygiene and GMP standards; to support the QA Officer by reporting quality and food safety deviations assisting in sample collection and maintaining documentation; to participate in pre- and post-operational sanitation checks pest observation reporting and internal/external audit preparation.
- Minimum STPM or Certificate in Science or related field; Diploma or Degree in Food Science Food Technology Microbiology or related field preferred.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior QA / QC experience in food production is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of GMP HACCP and food safety practices.
- Awareness of FSSC 22000 VHM QMS and Food Regulations 1985 preferred (training will be provided).
