Marketing Manager (Remote)

Crucial Recruiting is hiring our first Marketing Manager! Were looking for a creative entrepreneurial marketing professional with a passion for B2B agency growth. If youre a versatile marketer who loves experimenting with new channels thrives in fast-paced environments and values autonomy this is your opportunity.

Youll join a U.S. and Mexico based team that works hard moves fast and has fun doing it (including quarterly retreats in Puerto Vallarta!). Youll report directly to and be mentored by our CMO Andrew Lee Miller a growth marketing leader with 15 years of experience.

As our first Marketing Manager youll take ownership of daily execution across our B2B marketing strategy. Youll drive brand awareness generate leads and position Crucial Recruiting as the go-to partner for startup hiring. We know the playbook youll help us run it and well train you in the process.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute B2B marketing campaigns to attract startup and tech clients
• Manage content marketing: blogs case studies social posts newsletters
• Grow and optimize SEO for strong organic presence
• Oversee paid campaigns (LinkedIn Google Meta) to drive qualified leads
• Build PR opportunities and media coverage to expand visibility
• Coordinate webinars workshops and events for thought leadership
• Manage podcast promotion and guest outreach
• Support YouTube channel marketing initiatives
• Track and report on campaign performance with clear ROI metrics
• Partner with leadership to align marketing strategy with business goals

Qualifications

• 2 years of B2B marketing experience ideally with an agency or professional services company
• Hands-on expertise in at least one channel (SEO PR Paid Ads Content Marketing YouTube Webinars Podcast Marketing). Experience in multiple is a plus
• Proven ability to manage campaigns end-to-end
• Strong writing editing and communication skills
• Experience with marketing analytics and reporting tools
• Self-starter who thrives in a remote fast-paced environment

Compensation & Benefits
