Role: Data Visualization Specialist (French speaker)

As a Data Visualization Specialist you will transform complex data into compelling intuitive and actionable visual insights. Working alongside data engineers business analysts and stakeholders you will play a key role in enabling data-driven decisions by translating raw information into meaningful dashboards reports and visual stories.

Mission:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Data Visualization Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports that transform complex data into clear and actionable insights. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders analysts and data engineers to deliver effective visual analytics solutions that support better business decisions.

What you will do:

• Design and develop interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI
• Develop and maintain BI solutions using the MSBI suite (SSRS SSIS SSAS)
• Connect to various databases to extract organize and visualize data
• Work closely with business users to gather requirements and translate them into effective data visualisations
• Optimize BI solutions for performance scalability and usability
• Ensure data accuracy consistency and security in all deliverables
• Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and reports
• Document all developments including data models workflows and visualisation logic

About you:

Required competencies/experience:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Systems Statistics Business Intelligence or a
• related field or equivalent professional experience
• Proven experience as a Data Visualisation Specialist or similar role
• Expert-level proficiency with Power BI (data modeling DAX custom visuals)
• Hands-on experience with the full MSBI suite: SSIS (Integration Services) SSRS (Reporting Services) and SSAS (Analysis Services)
• Strong knowledge of databases (SQL Server and/or other relational databases); ability to write complex SQL queries
• Ability to interpret complex data and present it in a user-friendly visual format
• Good analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively with both technical and business teams
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• French B2

Nice to have:

• Experience with other BI tools (Tableau Qlik etc.)
• Basic understanding of scripting languages (Python R etc.)

Behavioral skills:

• You know how to work in a team even remotely and you have strong interpersonal skills
• Dynamic ability to solve problems and move subjects forward
