We are now seeking a Key Account Manager for Belgium to help us further building the future of food. You will be based in Roeselare in Belgium and report to the Country Manager Retail Benelux.
Your mission
You will build relationship and develop close partnership with the customers and support in grow our branded market position.
In this role you will be responsible for the achievement of the country sales targets in key accounts and in retail total and delivery of profitability targets on GC2.
Your key responsibilities
Take ownership of sales forecasting performance tracking and turning targets into tangible results.
Shape profitability through margin analysis and smart negotiation of terms & conditions.
Build grow and maintain successful retail partnerships by bringing a Consumer First mindset to every interaction.
Design implement and evaluate impactful retail promotions that excite customers and drive sales.
Lead contract negotiations with both existing and new customers.
Spot new opportunities for distribution and business growth turning prospects into lasting relationships.
Continuously refine how we work with retailers always balancing customer experience with cost efficiency.
Manage discounts and joint marketing spend wisely ensuring every investment delivers value.
Collaborate closely with supply chain & logistics to optimize our outbound value chain.
Ensure forecasting accuracy especially when it comes to sales campaigns and product assortment changes.
What we expect from you
You would be a great fit if your background and experience would look like this:
Minimum 5 years experience in Belgium Retail business either as KAM or sales manager in FMCG company.
Analytical skills and mindset combined with extended negotiations skills
To enjoy this role you need to be a team player with a positive and energetic can-do attitude capability for building partnerships and at the same time ability to work independently
Fluency written and spoken English Dutch and French.
