The Dayton School of Medical Massage is seeking a passionate and engaging Massage Therapy Instructor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in massage therapy and will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction to students fostering their development in both theory and practical skills. Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans and curriculum for massage therapy courses.
Provide hands-on demonstrations and practical training to students.
Assess and evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in massage therapy.
Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a licensed massage therapist.
Previous teaching or instructional experience in a massage therapy program is preferred but not required.
Current state licensure in massage therapy.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students.
