Job Title: Senior Business Analyst (MITA Framework)

Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Transformation: Lead and contribute to enterprise-level modernization initiatives identifying opportunities for innovation and designing future-state business capabilities.
- Business Process Reengineering (BPR): Analyze current-state processes identify inefficiencies design future-state models and lead implementation for measurable efficiency gains.
- Strategic Business Modeling: Develop and maintain business architecture artifacts (BPMN UML ArchiMate value streams capability models).
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior leadership IT and external partners to elicit and document business requirements.
- Bridge Business & IT: Act as liaison to align technical solutions with business needs translating complex requirements for cross-functional teams.
- Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives with strong communication and analytical skills.
