Job Summary

As a Sales Development Representative you will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach and driving our mission to enhance mobile shopping experiences. Tasks

  • Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients that match our ideal customer profile initiating the first point of contact.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients providing regular updates and insights into our services.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct thorough demonstrations of the Taptool platform showcasing its benefits and features to prospective customers.
  • Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback to improve product development and service delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales ideally within the e-commerce sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills capable of effectively engaging and persuading various stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote startup environment with a flat organizational structure.
  • Experience with CRM tools and digital sales strategies is preferred.
  • A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
