General Manager Food Ingredients Europe
Location: Northern Italy onsite
This is a Business 2 Business job please apply only if you have experience in Flavours Colours Extracts dried Fruit and vergetables and other value added Food Ingredient and not FMCG an HORECA
- You will be in charge of Sales Marketing Customer Service Manufacturing Supply Chain R&D NPD
- You are a specialist in Food Ingredients
- Develop Strategies and formulate Annual Business Plan Market share objectives
- you are able to lead a bigger team : Finance Operation Sales Business Developement R&D NPD etx.
- To develop lead and manage all commercial activities of the business and implement an innovative growth focused commercial strategy
- focusing primarily on new product areas and emerging markets.
- To ensure that profitable business growth is accelerated and that commercial success is achieved.
- MBA from reputed Institute 15-20 years work experience in Food B2B industry
- to be responsible for driving the entire business operations for the Food Business with Focus on top line and bottom line performance
- increasing revenues and augmenting profitability.
- you speak english and italian
