We are looking for a Junior Account Manager to support and grow our retail partnerships in the UK. Reporting to the Global Head of Sales this role will play a key part in managing UK retailer relationships driving sales performance and ensuring best-in-class execution across retail partners. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in the beauty industry and UK retail account management who is eager to develop their career within a fast-paced global brand.
Tasks
- Manage and grow relationships with UK retail partners acting as the key day-to-day contact.
- Support the Global Head of Sales in delivering the retail growth strategy for the UK market.
- Analyse sales performance (sell-in and sell-through) to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Partner with internal marketing and design teams to deliver assets and activations tailored for UK retailers.
- Collaborate with retailers on joint business plans promotional calendars and in-store/online activations.
- Monitor competitor activity across UK retailer platforms to identify market opportunities and trends.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting to retailers and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience in the beauty industry with a proven background in account management sales coordination or junior buying roles.
- Experience working with UK retailers (e.g. Boots Superdrug department stores or online beauty retailers).
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify and act on growth opportunities.
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills able to manage multiple deadlines.
- A proactive self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confident in data analysis and reporting with good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- A passion for skincare and the beauty industry.
