Were looking for an Onboarding Specialist DACH Market to elevate the experience success and satisfaction of our clients as they implement Factorial. This role isnt just about guiding clientsits about ensuring every onboarding interaction unlocks the full potential of our platform and provides insights that drive continuous improvement.
Are you ready
Youll collaborate with Clients Sales Product and Customer Success teams to ensure new clients are fully onboarded and successful with the platform. Instead of simply following checklists youll dig into client processes and needsturning insights into a fully customized onboarding experience.
What Youll Be Doing
Onboard DACH customers via video call and email until Factorial is fully implemented.
Ensure a personalized experience when setting up accounts.
Gather feedback uncover challenges and detect opportunities to improve the experience.
Share insights with Product and Customer Success teams to enhance the customer journey.
What Success Looks Like
Clients are fully activated and using Factorial to its full potential.
High client satisfaction and positive feedback.
Scalable processes that shorten onboarding times.
Actionable insights shared with Product.
Youll Be a Great Fit if You
Are fluent in German and English.
Have experience in Customer Success Onboarding or Customer Support (SaaS experience is a plus).
Are proactive eager to solve problems and take ownership of client success.
Learn quickly and keep up with product updates.
Knowledge of Human Resources is a plus.
