At Factorial were looking for a new Account Executive Team Lead for the Spanish market to help us boost the Sales Account Executives Team to the next level.
The Role
Your mission will be to lead and empower a team of Account Executives (AEs) in the Spanish market to achieve and exceed acquisition goals while scaling our sales efforts. You will define the strategy to drive the teams success optimize the impact of AE-booked meetings and ensure consistent growth for Factorial. Your focus will be on coaching developing and recruiting high-performing AEs while fostering a collaborative and motivated environment where each team member thrives.
Key responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Define and implement clear goals and strategies to meet and exceed sales targets for the Spanish market ensuring alignment with Factorials broader business objectives.
- Team Development: Empower your AEs by coaching them on a daily basis conducting regular sales training and providing feedback to enhance their skills and performance.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead the recruitment and onboarding of high-performing committed AEs ensuring a seamless transition into their roles and fostering their professional growth with clear career development opportunities.
- Collaboration & Efficiency: Partner with the Sales Operations team to improve tools processes and business tracking ensuring maximum sales efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside stakeholders from Factorials global teams to refine our go-to-market strategy and foster synergies with other regions and business units.
- In-field Leadership: A big part of your time will be spent directly supporting your team in the field helping them reach their targets guiding how to enrich pipeline management and continuously improving the sales approach.
Requirements:
- B2B Sales Expertise: Strong background in B2B sales with experience in leading teams in dynamic competitive environments.
- Sales Leadership: At least 2 years of hands-on experience leading coaching and developing sales teams with a track record of achieving results in fast-paced and demanding settings.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to make data-driven decisions analyze sales performance metrics and refine strategies for continuous improvement.
- Fluency in Spanish and English: Full working proficiency in Spanish and advanced in English.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in fast-changing environments with the ability to manage uncertainty and drive success under pressure.
- Passion for Growth: Motivated to learn quickly make a tangible impact and drive your teams success from day one.
