Job Summary

We are Uvvo a dynamic startup specializing in connecting qualified Ukrainian refugees with companies seeking skilled professionals. We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Freelance Sales Representative to join our team on a commission-only basis. This role offers the flexibility of freelance work with earnings directly tied to your performance.

Tasks

  • Identify and engage potential clients to promote our services.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts with new clients.
  • Maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales preferably in a freelance or commission-based role.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Access to necessary tools and resources to perform sales activities remotely.

Compensation:

  • Per Signed Contract: 246 per client contract signed.
  • Ongoing Commission: 10% of all payments made by each client you bring to the company.
