Your Role

Diagnose drivability/electrical/mechanical concerns and repair to Toyota OEM spec
Perform inspections advanced diagnostics and verify repairs with test drives
Execute PM services (fluids brakes alignments tune-ups) with speed and accuracy
Build accurate estimates/timelines; communicate clearly with advisors and customers
Maintain shop equipment document precisely and follow safety/compliance procedures

Requirements

Minimum 4 years hands-on import or Toyota technician experience (dealership or high-line independent)
Strong mechanical/electrical diagnostic skills; fluent with modern scan tools (Techstream experience a plus)
Proven productivity with clean comebacks; professional reliable team-first
High school diploma or equivalent (ASE/Toyota OEM certifications preferred)
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
