Job Summary

E-Logic Inc. is a trusted small business federal contractor expanding into the commercial Audio Visual (AV) and Video Teleconferencing (VTC) services market in the DC/VA/MD region. With an experienced technical team ready to deliver we are looking for a highly driven Outside Sales Executiveto generate new business build relationships and close deals.


Position Overview

The Outside Sales Executive is a hunter role. You will be responsible for generating leads meeting with clients developing solutions preparing quotes and closing business. Youll leverage your existing network in the DMV market to quickly open doors and deliver results.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities for AV and VTC services.
  • Leverage existing community and professional relationships to quickly establish a pipeline.
  • Conduct client meetings and needs assessments to identify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with technical staff to design tailored solutions.
  • Prepare accurate proposals quotes and presentations.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting through contract close.
  • Negotiate terms and ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Track activity in sales pipeline reports and provide accurate forecasts.
  • Represent E-Logic at industry networking events and trade shows.

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of proven outside sales or account management experience in AV VTC IT integration or related technology solutions.
  • Strong existing network of contacts in the DMV commercial market.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads and close deals quickly.
  • Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary (commensurate with experience)
  • Commission:Uncapped commission plan tied to sales results
